Job Description

Objective Of Job Level: Responsible for providing assistance in managing the overall operational efficiency of the Organization Administrative duties: • Supervise all day-to-day office administrative activities. • Provide assistance in handling Setting up new Office & Office Shifting in new location. • Maintain record keeping of Visiting Cards, Utility Payments , and Printing of Stationary by the Admin Officer • Assist in maintaining inventories, filing, office stationery and other equipment. • Liaise with Travel Agencies for Airlines & Railway bookings, Hotel bookings & Car arrangements for employees & guest. • Assist in the Purchase of materials by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices. • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; benchmarking professional standards; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Facility Management:- • Provide assistance in Monitoring and managing designs, acquisitions and installations of furniture for offices, and common areas in the organization • Assist in Developing and executing guidelines for furnishings in the organization. • Updating Assets List of the company. • Assist in managing furniture inventory for new purchases, maintenance and repair of existing furniture. Accommodation Management: • Assist in Planning the availability of accommodation when required in the organization • Ensuring that accommodation provided is clean, well maintained and attractively presented • Provide assistance in ensuring the smooth running of accommodation facilities, including the Health, safety, and well-being of accommodated persons in the organization • Provide appropriate advice/suggestions on accommodation to Shared Services Manager • Any other duty as assigned by Shared Services Manager / Management.

Requirements

Education Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in the areas of Business Administration or any Related Discipline. Masters or MBA will be an added advantage

Professional Qualification:CIPM, NIM, FMP or any related professional qualification would be an added advantage

Experience:Minimum 4 years relevant experience
