Job Description

• Provide client support services in accurate and timely fashion. • Provide support in new product development and enhancement activities. • Identify and develop new business opportunities with client contacts. • Utilize effective problem solving and time management skills in client service operations.

Requirements

• BSc. /B.A degree or its equivalent in related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Be computer literate with excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint).
