Job Description

• Managing databases and filing systems • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems • Organizing and maintaining diaries as well as attending meeting • Ability to liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff. • Dealing with incoming emails, phone calls, enquiries, requests and faxes; often corresponding on behalf of the manager.


  • BSc. /B.A degree or its equivalent in related field from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience.
  • Be computer literate with excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint).
