Job Description

Requirement: • Must have at least 3 years of experience as an Account and Admin Officer • Good communication skills • Must be proficient with the Microsoft office suite • Excellent interpersonal skills • Must be able to co-ordinate projects • Must be able to work well with all levels of staff as well as external clients • Must be sensitive to confidential matters • Must be able to present reports and financial data • Must possess an in-depth understanding of tax processes • Must be able to screen calls and manage calendars • Must ensure that all interactions between administration, employees, clients run smoothly • Must be able to prepare audit, monitor budget, control petty cash, VAT returns, Accounts consolidation, credit control, cash book, monthly/quarterly accounts and expense claims • Must be female at most 30 years old.
